Baltimore and the Babe Ruth Museum
Everyone knows and loves Babe Ruth Museum (George Herman Ruth), who is said to have been the greatest baseball player that ever lived. Herre were born here at Camden Yards at the end of the 19th century and his sporting successes are remembered here, amidst a lot of baseball memorabilia, particularly during his time playing for the New York Yankees. He was a record breaker of his time and it is right that he is remembered so fondly. He must have been a great man.

Holocaust Memorial - Very Thought Provoking
If you want to find the Holocaust Memorial, you will soon spot it if you walk along Lombard Street, towards Gay Street. It is also relatively close to the Inner Harbor. It is quite a thought provoking monument and something quite different to the most touristy amusements and similar attractions around the harbor. Very moving.

Shopping in Baltimore - at the Lexington Market
Lexington Market is just a stroll from the Inner Harbor and is located undercover. It is well over 200 years old and is when locals come to shop and relax. There were lots of friendly stalls selling all kinds of food, ranging from fried chicken dishes to chocolates and confectionary. Live jazz is performed here at the end of the week, which makes it all go with a swing.
